And a late night linky!

Well, I came across this linky party via Teach123, and I thought her idea about a pencil that never needs sharpening was GENIUS!  She definitely inspired me to visit Jenn over at Best Practices 4 Teaching and create my own Invention for Teachers!  So, without further ado, here is my Super Fantastic Teacher Invention!

  1. Margaret Louise, I think it's a case of good minds think alike. I love the time-turner idea. Since we moved out of state I haven't been able to find a job so last year I volunteer at my daughter's school. I helped her teacher with all the paperwork teachers never have enough time for (grading paper, input grades in computer, etc.). I spent 10 hours/week helping one teacher. The sad thing was she was still doing all the lesson plans, conference, answering emails, faculty meetings. All I did was some of the paperwork and it WAS 10 HOURS A WEEK. Her teacher and I decided a teacher needs an extra 2 hours a day - in addition to your prep time - to keep up with paperwork. Isn't that sad? I'm sure there are teachers all across America that would LOVE your invention!
